We offer 3 subscriptions to maintain or improve your physical fitness. Each course is supervised by a qualified sports professional. All our subscriptions give you access to our marine area, sauna, oriental hammam and tea room. Bathrobes and towels are provided. We ask you to bring a pair of sandals or flip flops (possibility to buy some on the spot).
Fitness classes, Yoga and free access to the room equipped with Technogym equipment (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 semi-recumbent bike, 1 body connect bike, 1 multi HIP gluteal machine, 1 Kinesi press station, 1 rower, 1 handcycle, 1 abdo bench and 1 combined weight training device) + limited access to underwater jets.

Aquagym and aquabiking courses in heated seawater pools + limited access to underwater jets. This subscription offers aquatic classes supervised by our lifeguards to allow you to acquire flexibility, muscle strengthening and an improvement in your physical condition.

It includes monthly hydrotherapy treatments such as multi-jet baths, jet showers, special back showers, special leg showers, algae, remineralizing or cryotherapy body wraps, hydrojets, massothermics and collective underwater jet sessions. + Access to the Marine Area.
A medical certificate of fitness for sport is required. Deferral of a single subscription on presentation of a medical certificate of incapacity. Possibility of monthly payment for any subscription from 3 months.
